This self-paced online course is offered to higher education professionals for free by Chegg. In the program, we dig into the neuroscience of building resilience and fostering wellness through consistent behaviors and activities that benefit your brain health.

  • Each section begins with short, engaging videos that provide an understanding of "why" certain behaviors are beneficial.

  • Then, the program provides real-world examples of "how" to incorporate those behaviors.

  • Finally, you have an opportunity to create a personal plan based on "what" works for your unique needs & interests.

Her work is grounded in the latest research in neurology, psychology, and education.
