Value to Students

Start with "Why" then teach them "How"

  • Mindful Decision-Making

The basis for health is balance. Understanding our choices through this lens is a non-judgemental way to create a community of mindful decision-makers.

  • Tools for Building Resilience

Based on extensive neuroscience research, our Resilient Mindset Model provides a framework for using any challenge as an opportunity to build resilience.

  • Leadership Skills

Leadership is fluid. When we understand how to lead & follow empathetically, we create environments that support wellness and growth with our peers.

  • Strategies for Wellness

Introspective activities and group discussions allow students to create personalized solutions organically... instead of just telling them what to do.

  • Brain-Based MHL

Mental Health Literacy comes to life when we understand the brain, how it naturally responds to challenge, and what we can do to improve those responses.
