Core Educational Values

  • Be Proactive

"An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." We should always take opportunities to provide education BEFORE avoidable problems occur to help communities thrive.

  • Ensure it is Useful

Resources like time, money, and energy are finite. Additionally, mental health education can feel daunting. Everything we ask students to engage in should be efficient and provide clear learning goals.

  • Make it Interesting

Humans are wired to feel satisfaction from learning but don't always seek it. Multisensory strategies (reading, watching, listening) should be used to make learning experiences engaging.

We Play Well With Others

The education we offer is sometimes overlooked, but it's a critical piece of creating a community that proactively addresses the needs of its people rather than waiting for a crisis to occur. We love to get creative in partnering with organizations, communities, and businesses to meet their needs and help them build a wellness-informed community.
